I’m Frances, the founder of Open Door Billing LLC, a company rooted in healing. The value of mental health in all communities is unquestionable, but not all communities enjoy equal access to mental health services.
One significant hurdle is the lack of mental health professionals who share lived experiences with their clients, be it in race, faith, or cultural background who accept health insurance. This financial barrier often restricts the growth of these professionals and limits access to vital care.
That is where credentialing comes in. It is the process of approving a medical practice with the insurance board so that you can be reimbursed by insurance for seeing a patient. After we credential your practice, we will work with you to handle all the billing and maintain your credentials so you can focus on the growth of your business.
